How RealTT Ranked and seasons work
RealTT Ranked is live 1v1 ping pong, played in Advanced mode. Each season lasts 6 weeks: you play 5 placement games, move up a division every 100 LP and, at the end, earn Bolas de Ouro for the highest tier you reached.

Ranked is RealTT's competitive mode: live one-on-one table tennis against another person, for points on the leaderboard. You'll find it on the Compete tab, under Ranked.
How to play a ranked match
- Open Compete › Ranked and tap Find match.
- While the game looks for an opponent you'll see "Looking for an opponent". You can cancel the search.
- When MATCH FOUND appears, tap Accept. If you decline, you leave the queue.
- Play the match: solo ranked, best of 3 games.
Ranked is played in Advanced mode only, at full speed. If you're in another mode, the game asks whether you want to switch. Ranked uses no energy and has no ads.
Tiers, divisions and LP
There are 10 tiers: Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald, Diamond, Master, Grandmaster and Challenger. From Iron to Diamond, each tier has 4 divisions, from IV up to I.
- Placements: at the start of a season you play 5 placement games. They set your starting tier.
- LP: wins give LP, losses take it away. At 100 LP you move up a division. Below 0, you drop to the division below.
- Promotion series: when you hit 100 LP in division I, a series starts. Win 2 of 3 to reach the next tier. Lose it and you go back to 70 LP.
Every match also pays coins, more for a win. Reaching each division for the first time in a season is worth 10 Bolas de Ouro.
How long a season lasts
Seasons last 6 weeks, back to back, and start on a Monday at midnight Brasília time (UTC−3). The Ranked screen shows the time left, for example "Season 1 · ends in 39d 15h".
Season rewards
The reward is paid in Bolas de Ouro when the season ends, for the highest tier you reached:

Finishing in the Top Brazil leaderboard pays extra: #1 +500, top 10 +250 and top 100 +100. In the new season your hidden rating is partly reset and you play 5 placement games again.
Rewards can change from one season to the next. The current ones are always under Season rewards on the Ranked screen.
Leaving a match
Quitting mid-match counts as a loss. Quit 3 matches within 24 hours and Ranked is locked for a while. More in reports and bans.

Do I lose my tier when the season ends?
You get the reward for your peak tier and start the new season with 5 placement games, from a rating pulled closer to the middle.
Why can't I play Ranked?
It requires Advanced mode. If you've quit a lot of matches, it may also be locked for a while.
I lost my promotion series. Now what?
You go back to 70 LP in division I and can try again when you reach 100.
