How to change phones without losing your RealTT account
Install RealTT on the new phone and sign in with the same email and password (or the same Google account) you used before. Coins, Bolas de Ouro, items, level, ranked, friends and the Pass live on the server and come straight back.

Your RealTT account isn't tied to your phone. The important progress is stored on the game's server, so switching devices just means signing in with the same account.
Step by step on the new phone
- On the old phone, if you still have it, check which email you sign in with. Then open Settings and tap Sign out, so the old device stops getting your account's alerts.
- Install RealTT on the new phone.
- On the sign-in screen, tap Sign in with e-mail and use the same email and password. If you used Google, tap Continue with Google and pick the same Google account.
- Done: your athlete, backpack and wallet are exactly as you left them.
Be careful not to tap Create account on the new device. That makes a second, empty account with a different name.
What comes back and what stays on the device
Stored in your account, so it comes back:
- coins and Bolas de Ouro;
- rackets, rubbers, outfits and everything in your backpack;
- level, level track, titles and your athlete's look;
- ranked, match history and your friends list;
- the Pass and your store purchases.
Stored on the device itself:
- game settings (sound, vibration, language and game mode);
- Story progress: which rivals are unlocked and how many wins you have against each one.
Settings take a minute to redo in Settings. The items you won in Story stay in your backpack, because items live in the account.
