Key moments

The big leap came at the 2025 World Championships in Doha, where Kuai Man won the doubles alongside Wang Manyu. In December that year she reached the WTT Finals Hong Kong final and lost to that same partner in six games. In 2026 she won team gold at the London World Championships and three golds at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games (team, doubles and mixed doubles).

On the 2026 WTT circuit she won the China Smash doubles with Wang Manyu and the Europe Smash mixed doubles in Malmö with Lin Shidong. In singles she reached the US Smash final, where she lost 4-3 to Sun Yingsha. In October 2026 she is No. 5 in the singles ranking with 5,710 points, No. 3 in doubles and No. 3 in mixed doubles. Playing style

Kuai Man is a left-handed shakehand attacker. What sets her apart:

  • Left-handed angles, which are awkward for players who train mostly against right-handers (see how to play against a lefty).
  • Aggressive attack with both forehand and backhand.
  • Versatility, as she ranks near the top in singles, doubles and mixed doubles.

To compare the grips, see shakehand vs penhold.
